This Refund Policy applies to purchases of the FINANCIAL FREEDOM e-book from {{ business }}. Because the Product is a digital download that is available immediately after successful payment, it cannot be "returned" like a physical item.
1. Refund eligibility
All sales are final. Because the e-book is a digital product delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds once it has been delivered — except in the case of a technical problem described in Section 2.
2. Payment or download problems
If you were charged but did not receive a download link, the link does not work, or you were charged more than once for the same order, contact us at {{ supportEmail }} with your payment/transaction ID. We will first try to fix the issue, for example by sending you a working download link. If a technical problem on our side means you cannot receive or download the e-book, we will refund your payment in full.

4. Processing time
